GETTING MY PORK AND BEEF HOT DOGS TO WORK

I essentially craved this meatloaf for days after we completed it the first time. The next time we stuffed peppers with the meatloaf. Phenomenal recipe with great flavor!I take advantage of Ritz crackers in mine in lieu of the saltines. I make use of a 9″X13″ baking dish and smother the meatloaf in mashed potatoes.
